New Problem...Freezing

I am just full of problems this week.
I had everything perfect. My pro was running great and I was able to ad my hard drive to start recording. Suddenly today without warning it just froze. The box won't change channels. I tried rebooting from the back but it will only let me change like 3 channels before it freezes. If I disconnect my cable line then the box works fine it will change the channels and everything but of course there is no signal since my line is disconnected. If I connect my line then it just freezes right up again. Anyone have any tips on how to get my box running smooth again?

i have the new file but it still is frozen and wont let me move off the channel it stuck on or when i can it goes to antenna and wont move over to load the new file.

You have to disconnect the cable line first, this will unfreeze your box. Load the file and then connect you cable line back up. This should work.

Hi guys...I'm having the same problem since yesterday with my VS-PRO.
I have been reading a a lot of people area having the same problem...anyone has fix the problem with the latest information...disconnecting the cable...loading the new files...??

i fix my box like this i disconect the satelite cable and with the cable disconected i'm load the new file and after do everitin an d run the new bin I conectect the satelite again and everithing it's fain sorry for my ingles it's no good bay.
