Help...No channels

Hello,

Sorry that my first post is a problem but am getting frustrated. I just received my new VSPro to replace my Extreme. There is nothing wrong with the previous unit but I wanted the PVR feature to try out and the USB update ability is a definite plus.

The problem I am having is that even though my extreme was working perfectly, after hooking everything up and configuring the new unit the same as the old I cannot get it to find any channels. I have been using my old DTV dish and LNBs which were working fine with my old unit but for some reason I cannot get anything out of the new.

I have defaulted it several times and I have reloaded the factory and new bins a couple of times as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I could not down load the file because I am not a paying member. No worries I finally got it. One last start from scratch and I was set.
