i need help setting my guide up i have tryed about everything is comeing up and is says tuner lock fail i used to get it untill the last fix maybe i did something wrong i have a viewsat vs pro

sorry i did not get back to you sooner am been busy but i tryed all that still no epg now i come in today from work no tv do we have a new fix and thanks for your help
