I got this from a member oldspice.

"Open the loader hit connect a message will come up asking you to reset your STB. I turn off the power switch at the back of the unit and wait a good 15sec or so. Turn the Power switch back on and the front display should read "MON" at this point the PVR loader software should ask you to hit OK and the process will begin."

thanks for the help, but I have a all new problem now. At work, I changed out my usb to serial adapter, and i finally got the "mon" msg on the vspro. and the steps of 1-5 started...

I realize that it might be slow.. but after 1:30 of data being sent from my computer to the box. my progress was still only at step 1!

My wife drove to my store and brought my laptop power adapter, but by then the battery died!

And I lost my transfer connection!

After turning off the vspro from the back the crc1 message reappeared and I'm no longer able to access it with the loader tool...

I think I really bricked it this time!

Any other thoughts???
