reset stb??

Hello; I have tried to set up my brand new Viewsat Pro STB and every time I try to download bins, etc... with the loader it keeps saying RESET STB?? I am trying to download with the cable and not the USB. I have reset from the menu and it still happens? Any information you need to help me out would be appreciated. Thx

iam just ask ? Do you have the power switch on the back off when you start to load the file ?have you extracted your file first?

I have tried various ways, on and off and it keeps saying to reset stb. I also extract the files to a folder in my computer. I tried following the "how to use your loader" process and have viewed the viewsat pro help areas and still no luck. It doesn't matter what file I try to download either I get the same message. There must be a process that I am not following? Possibly? Are there full directions on how to set up a new viewsat pro other than what I have read on the help sections, including processes, etc... I appreciate the help. thx for responding...

try deleting the entire loader and then download and reinstall the loader. the bin may have been corrupted or there was an interruption when you downloaded it

Same problem here. I read that reset means there is firmware problem in the unit. Any other suggestions?
