Vs pro no espn & no ppv channels

When I first setup my vspro i got about 500 channels with espns and more then 20 ppv channels. somehow i did the factory reset, loaded the latest files. now I scan many times, only get 300 channels with no ESPNs & no PPV channels on sat 110 and 119. how can i get those channels back. any ideas. please help.

what kind of dish and your setting?

Check your anttena settings again or post them here.
