how do you get rid of the 2 in front of the channel numbers on bev e.g. 2627 or 2219 or on porno channel 2754 all should be 627 219 or 754

Turn off display channels numbers by SID
in option settings.
You are only on BEV?

Or do a factory default then setup your antenna setting again and do an auto scan and see if it fix the issue.

If you turn it off also you need change sat packages all the times.
SID on show all channels from both proveiders at the same time.

hi i forget who informed me of this on this site but if you have every thing on go to your sat button top left hand corner hit it then hitbev package this is for sv 4000

But if you choose all packages SID on is the better choice and the channels will be little different with the 2 in front of the standart channels number.

Tried turning off Sid numbers came up 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 etc will try factory default and re scan sats and let you know , thanks.

Take of channel renumbering on bev. If you run bev and dn you need channel renumbering on so it can tell the difference, if you pick just the bev, or bev package it should actomatically remove the 2.
