Which BIN are you currently using?
Make sure your antenna settings are correct and you are locked onto the satellite of choice. Autoroll set to ON for ALL, if all that fails, try a factory reset, load the new bin again and see what happens from there. Are you using USB or RS232/Serial for your bin upload? If you are using USB, delete the file off your USB drive, then after you download the latest bin, extract it and transfer back to your USB device again, then plug into your VS Pro, make sure you get a prompt to press OK once it verifies the device is connected.
