Need Help with 101 internationals

I'm trying to get the internationals on bird 101 but with no luck. I know that it is setup already because I had Coolsat5000 before. I bought the VS Pro and tried everything. Could someone please help me before I throw my changer throgh the TV. Thanks.

well first you need a linear lnb and second there is really nothing there but hotel channels and relgiuos channels .. dtv is there but you will not get anything ..

here is the lyngsat of the channels for 101

AMC 4 at 101.0°W - LyngSat

go down to the larger numbered tps

AMC 2 at 101.0°W - LyngSat

amc 4 and amc 2 and the rest is dtv no good if you want good fta 123 w is the best but you need a large dish 31 or better and a linear lnb or univeral

Hi all, I have Dish500 and I am getting Echostar 8,10(110) and Echostar 7(119). I would like to get some channels from Domincan Republic that are in SatMex 5 (116.8). My question is using my dish500 in the same orientation that I have it for 110 and 119, will I be able to get SatMex 5, if that is the case what should be the configuration for the antenna, I think the tp is 4007 V, but I do not know which port and frequency to place.

You should post your question on a separate thread as your question, while being International, is not related to the original posting. Just a quick answer for you: SatMex5 if C-Band only, and your present equipment is Ku.
