Question Some channels always "auto roll processing"

I'm having some problem with my pro. my current settings are Nimiq 1,3 with a signal of 35. I get all the channels ( the channels have a signal of 67%). My problem is that I do not get some channels - the ones i enjoy watching the most - setanta sports, tsn, bbc canada to name a few are ALWAYS on auto roll, but i get all the major stations like CBC and all the PPVs. I was wondering if there is something i need to do to get these channels. Thanks for your help

Re: Some channels always "auto roll processing"

I have, and it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm wondering if i should just wipe everything clean, use the factory file and just restart?

it looks like your signal and quality are down a little i would try to tweak your dish a little. then factory reset then rescan

Re: Some channels always "auto roll processing"

I have one satalite connected to a viewsat pro and the other to a viewsat ultra. The ultra gets every channel with a signal of 85%, but the pro is not as good.
so heres what i don't understand, both viewsats have the same set-up
(recieving channels from Nimiq 1,3, same frequency, everything is the same)
so why is the pro not working the same way the ultra is? the ultra gets all the channels, but the pro doesn't.
if you can shed some light onto this it would be great.
Thanks

Re: Some channels always "auto roll processing"

i think so, but not 100% sure, how do i find out?

i know my LNB Freq for both is 11250
i noticed when i tried to change then TP Frequency of the pro to the same as the ultra, i would not save. i did it about 3 times then it finally saved. I am trying a new channel scan using that info, and i hope it will fix it. If not i'll keep asking
