Quality is at Zero

I need serious help. Read guidlines, reviews and recommendations.

I have Dual Pro LNB, its one big LNB with two eyes and four outlates. Coolsat 6100 and DiSEqC 1.2

I have installed V124 for NORW.

I am not using DiSEqC as such I have only one receiver,

Not sure about what LNB Type I have: Single/Universal/OCS-DP/Legacy Quad??

Satellite Dish Setting as follow now. [I live in zip 21703].

119 goes in port 1 110 port 2 try it hope it helps

No luck, Its till showing same think.

Can I aline LNB other then 119 and 110?

Look on your LNB and see if it said DP on it, then set your LNB type to OCS DP and change port 1 for 119 and Port 2 for 110. If it didn't say "DP" on it set your LNB type to single and change port 1 for 119, port 2 for 110.

Do you use any kind of switches in between?

your level is at 85% you are very close to find the birds, try tuning your dish by moving it real slow.little by little, elevation,lnb skew, azimuth,if does not work try using a satellite finder there is some very chip, or you can try find (82.91 nimiq) they are similar to 110,119

Hi,

I am spending around 2 hours/day reading reviews and recommendation and 1 hours fixing dish.

Trying Leveling, making sure mask is at 90 degree and AZ, SK and EL is as said. No luck. Moving SK little by little, same iwth AZ and EL. MY Level singnal gets better but Quality is not moving at all.

I have LNB type DP. got from MegasatUSA.com

does anyone think that might be a problem? I am lossing my temper. Please help me.

I appreciate that you are trying to help me.

Dish is properly alliance, plumbed at 90 Degree, EL: 31, SK: 127, AZ: 240.

I used leveler and Compass to verifying alignment.

Problem I see is that I am using One Big Eye Dual LNBF [AK74-S].

Please let me know if people still using this LNB to find satellite.

Guess What!!!!!!!!!!!!......


I got the Quality. Level is at 97 % and Quality at 82 %.

I just changed the place from where I was trying to get singles, and it worked.
This is successful Thread.

Hello I am pointing to the 119 but when I select that satellite of the list I only have 96% signal but there is no quality and obviusly can't search channels on it, I see the channels of the 61,5, is correct to use the 61.5?

As such you have here, I assume you got same hardware as it described above.

When you say Channels? it does not reffer to satellite right? just want to make sure.

Is dish aliened? if aline other than the place you are trying right now.

Yes i'm using a coolsat 6100private, when i'm saying channels I mean that I just seeing tv channels using this 61.5 **********the dish is in the same place I used with dishnetwork actually if I connect my old dish receiver the signal on 119 is good over 90's

i'm having the same problem too. cs6100 unit is up to date. i tried both 127 and 128. the dish is a Dish500. the lnb is made by TERK(RadioShack brand/universal). as far as i've checked everything seems to be lined up the way it's supposed to. but i have NO QUALITY. LEVEL is at a 85~87% but still red. i use auto detect and it says that there's no satellite. does that just mean that i'm not pointed in the right direction??? can anyone show me a site that would kno where to point the dish?
