Just set up new receiver, programed stick, downloaded bin, programed reciever to dish settings for dn. When I put in the stick, showed newest bin, downloaded, but channels are still scrambled. Could it be a frequency problem, the level is at 92%, and quality is at 84%. Thanks

Enter 8282 & check to see if the keys are current...if not enter them the first time (so you don't have to wait).
I keep autoroll ON so it will roll next time automatically.
