bin130?scrambled?

i just installed bin130 about 3 times now... following the whole clean/fresh install... but my PPV's are still scrambled... anyone else with this problem or have a solution?

where did u find bin 130 for the 6100? I dont see it posted yet.

It is not a problem with any BIN. It is a generic problem with the providers 9Bev/DN). for ecm.
All the boxes are down with new BINS.
This means new BINS where the ecm is updated to communicate to the provider traffic.
So I guess another cycle of wait for the testers and coding nights for the coders and uploading by Mods...... duhhhhh.

this is probably where he got the bin. Coolsat - FTABins.NET :: The Greatest FTA Community on the NET! which I doubt it's legit. Any info on the 130?
