remote froze up

is bev down? downloaded bin today and worked fine for about an hr. then reciever froze up. could not change channels/ volume etc. turned off back of reciever and remote now works but all scrambelled channels. autoroll is on.
also, do i need to do autoscan and what is it for. do i need to be on right sat frequency, it alsways changes from nimq 91 when i download new bin. thanks

i went ahead and reloaded bin and did autoscan as i always do. put sat on nimq 91 did channel search and still scrambeled after 15 mins.
just out of wondering that because my sat freq is always getting changed after a new factory reset are these settings i have now correct
NIMQ 91
LNB FREQUENCY 11250
LNB 22 KHZ off
DISEqc SW off/off/off
LEGACY SW off

if not correct, any ideas why it keeps changing. thanks

try the 150 file and let us know if it works for you.

150 bin does not work either. sounds like some different brands of recievers are having various probs. is coolsat 6100 up or is anyone else down. are my settings right?

My cs6100 is up and running on bin 149 0n dn have not tried it on bev
