Cool Sat 6100 having lots of problems help!!!

I have been trying to download the new bin file but the reciever freezes or something in the middle of the download. It just says downloading and it will not let me do anything else. I have tried to turn it off and restart it but that doesn't work either. Can someone tell me how to get the thing to download like it is supposed to without freezing up. Please help!! Thank you.

What are you trying to load?

unhook the cable from the dish* to the 6100 on the back of the 6100 load whatever file you want to and hook cable back up oh by the way as of 145am central time 7-11-08 there is not a working file

* Be sure to turn OFF the power prior to disconnecting the LNB cable, or risk damage to switch or LNB. SJ
