I have downloaded the cs7000 loader but I can't get anything to download for some reason it just says waiting for request! Reset SetTop Box. What does that mean. Is there anything else I can try I am still getting the E-01 Error code on the front of my reciever. I cant seem to get rid of the E-01 Error no matter what i do. Can someone give me pecific directions and or links to fix this problem. My box is the Coolsat 6100 Private.

Hey Stanley. Turn the coolsat box off, and connect it to your PC with the serial cable. Make sure you have the serial cable in good and tight, hit the "Download" button on the loader program. Then, once it says "waiting for request", power up the Coolsat Box. Let me know if that helps

Still didnt work. All it does is flash E-01. Wont do anything else.

am I reading this wrong or did he say he is loading a7000 file to a 6100. could that be the problem?

first flash the receiver you can use flash # 112 with loader 700 , after you put the new program (170 new bin) you must do it with usb.
