Re: cs6100 freeze
Have you tried doing a hard reboot. Turn rear toggle switch off, wait 1 minute and power back on...

Re: cs6100 freeze
I am having the same problem with a coolsat 6100. It seems I have this problem every couple weeks. I have tried the resetting to factory and reloading bin, but it never fixes until a new file comes out. Is anyone else having same issue or is it something with my box?
Thanks

Yes, we have a freezing issue as of yesterday evening.
This is effecting CoolSat / PanSat & NeoSat.
When a fix comes along, we will post it asap.
Stay tuned for updates.
