what is E-01 error message

I was downloading numbers and my child turned the coolsat 6100 private off while it was in process. Now it shows an error message E - 01. How do I fix it?

if that does not work load the factory file then the bin

what is the factory bin. It will not even let me use the remote control anymore.

you will have to load the file by the rs232 cable

Is there a way to fix it without the cable? I dont have a cable with mine it just has the usb port.

you can try loading it with the usb by turning off back switch then put usb in then turn on back switch

you are going to have to use the cable to loaded the factory file i had to do it a few times. For the E-O1 error
