Need cs files change .rar to .zip ?

you need to download winrar or 7zip and then you will be able to open files

Files can be archived in any number of ways ... typically .zip and .rar are the most common methods for Windows based machines, via WinZip or WinRAR, Mac computers utilize an archiver called Stuffit.
I think that everyone should ensure that they equip themselves with a basic collection of utilities to ensure that they can open and view files from a number of standard formats.
To this end I'll pull together a list of handy "mandatory" files I feel all in this hobby should have and post it in the Cool Software section of the forum.
We might begin with WinRAR:

But be sure to grab the .zip version of the archive, or you will not be able to open it.

The Unzip Wizard Nominated for Sainthood
This is the best program for zip files I have ever seen. It formats and unzips files automatically and puts them wherever you want. It has a free 60 day eval period then if you like it then you can buy it for one time fee of $16, and get a CD to put it on any or all of your computers. Try it, you will like it

I just did it about an hour ago and coolsat 207 file is working fine .no freezing or scramble channel.

it doesn't mention .rar support.
