Plz help me, Scramble Chanel problem

Hi, i had Coolsat 6100, after my sat got scramble chanel, i try to install new version to my coolsat, but after 5 mins, they got scramble again, even i installed the new version, and i try to scan chanel (search chanel), still not working.
i got this problem around 4 months already, i try alot of version, but it is not working.
plz help me.

hello and welcome....first off u need to upgrade to a different stb...that will help u alot

Besides, the CS6100 is a new / well supported unit...SJ

do a factory reset,, then u will need to unzip and install this file,, then do ur antenna settings and scan in channels,, : http://www.abadss.com/forum/828-cool...0090212-a.html

I don't know where you get your files from, or what version you are using.
But you can get it all from here, if you upgrade your membership. >>>

But you need to flash the unit with the factory file...followed by the current bin211.
Then you need to do a factory database reset...and then let the unit do the rest & select the autosetup feature.
It will make the proper settings for the dish & switch...then it will scan the birds.
We will be glad to help you get it up fast & that is a great receiver. (if anybody is going to talk down about CoolSat, let it be the only unit without current support...the CS4000. Not the new CS6100!)
