i have a cs 7000 ,we all no support is next to none. it is to bad because the reciever its self is very good.i just wish the support was still there.i wont sell this box because it was my first reciever with usb feature,i have a cw 800 but in workmanship and picture quality the cs is far superior to the cw.(i still have 2 flu that bring back the fun in the hobby )like CG metioned in earlier posts ,we have got spoiled in the last year with fast fixes and up time .in my start with this hobby it was a chore punching in keys when the providers decided to change keys. i got into this hobby to watch tv. THERE IS NO REAL PROBLEMS ONLY SOLUTIONS !

In this hobby, if you MUST have TV at all time (for whatever reason), you should have a couple of boxes and a SUBSCRIPTION! Coolsat coders have done great things for years now. Perhaps it's time to move on.

yes,,i remember when the 4000 first came out,,i had a blackbird, it was about to fly the coop,,so i bought one of those,,,was a great box

The coders said they had to relocate their operations & it is taking longer than planned.
If the heat was on your tail...you would run too.
It's not the end...just a delay...for obvious reasons. (not explained at first)
This is not the end for CoolSat...if anything, it's a reorganization and we may come out ahead in the end as a result. (with the talk of NeoSat support merger)???
But one thing is sure...the bumpy ride is not over yet, with N3 around the corner.

Yes, it sucks when others have a fix & we don't for CS...but this is why you should not keep all your eggs in one basket folks.

well guys i agree with satellitejunkey, as i said in an earlier post i think that coolsat has something up their sleeve and we that have the now famed csats,will once again be the envey of all,with all the mods here at ABA and the codersat coolsat , its like fishing you have to have patients to do any good

I went threw this with supersat a few years ago and I feel cs is on the same path. I hope not, I like to see them come out with a fix by this weekend. I went with a backup of different support, been watching tv for a couple days now. don`t have the same supporters in one basket. My CS might be a door stopper, I hope not I like it

If there over then why waste time putting up a web site? What they need is a better team if they want to stay afloat. It would be nice to know if they have given up till after the switch tho.
