What's the best HD box available?
What's the best HD box available?
I would like to know what is the best HD stb around. I would also like it to have dvr/pvr if at all possible. I have a nFusion, great box!!! I think it (nFusion) should be used as a back up stb. I am a newbie, I have some computer knowledge, however this fta is a totally new "animal" to me.
Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: What's the best HD box available?
nothing else out yet that can even play in same ball feild as the sonicview 8k.
she's the best feature filled plug and play pvr high definition unit on the market.
even when new ones come out, your going to be looking at at least a half a year for anything to even match it........if they can.imho.
the only other plug and play (i just mean non Linux based by that by the way)
that can come close will be the viewsat 9k.she really does need allot of work still to catch her sv brother.BUT keep your eyes on her progress.once she is out of beta and has her bugs/added features, she should like it will be comparable.will it ever be as good? better? keep watching.today however, sonicview hd8000 is a DREAM machine hd/pvr receiver.everyone loves these new version two's.
