nfusion : Fail to connect to server

Can someone help. my nfusion is not working i;m not getting any channel
when i do software version check : i get Fail to neect server : retry next time

I have Network infornation DHCP/Static on DHCP
i can see IP addess and subnet Masj
Gateway

my emu is OK

S/W update will not load the latest file as it is still in beta.

Load 1.47t either through your cable and loader on your pc or you can load it via web loader.

i;m not try to load file but just check the connection to IKS server
is that the right way to do it ?
right now i can no see any channel

the software server is down at this time due to the suns upgrade and will be fixed in the near future according to matchstick

i am also having problem with my nfusion internet, it would not connect can anyone help me.
