Captain Announcement-USB loading! C/p Please only use serial port to download all the current Captain 7100USB and the Captain 8000HD files for DN. For some of the users, USB downloading is causing the receiver to be stuck in boot mode. Please use the serial cable for download temporarily until we have this issue resolved, which should be soon.
