what kind of dish and LNB you have?
Are you using a 4 Ports Diseq switch?
In which Port is 110W plugged and in which Port is 119W plugged?
You can't have both LNB on the same Diseq Port something is wrong with that setting.

Re: Problem with v721
ok based on those settings you told the unit your using a 4x1 diseqc.
so you have 2 separate lnbs?
and your ports cant both be plugged into port 2.

Re: Problem with v721
Oddly, I know this should not be working with both 110 and 119 plugged into the same port, but I do remember this is how it was setup last time and worked perfectly until today. Could that be the culprit?
Most of which you are asking about my DISH (type of dish, lnb and all that) is something I could not tell you right off the bat, unless I go outside. Seeing as how I'm in the middle of a snow storm, I don't think I can check that right now. lol
The only thing I do know is that I am using a Diseqc 4 port switch, I know that for a fact.

But no, mine does not look like that. I'm guessing now I am using an older dish?

Re: Problem with v721
Ok you are probably using a 2 Single LNB's like this one on then you run a cable from each to the diseq switch.
Something is wrong with the Diseq Settings and we need to know what is plugged into which port.
Are you sure that your dish is aimed at 119W and 110W and not Bev(82/91) or something else?

Positive.
I never watch any of the BEV channels, so I don't adjust my satellite towards them. This was working fine today before the freezing began. All the channels from both 110/119 were picking up fine.

Re: Problem with v721
well we still don't know which LNB is plugged in to which diseq port, can you at least report that?
Is 119W plgged into Port, is 110W plugged into port2?
You can't have both LNBs plugged into the same port.
After you do a factory default, all the setting are return to default state that's why they need to be adjusted.
