All channel wiped out after USB download - ABA DSS

So everytime when you download new file,we have to scan each Sats again.

I just downloaded the latest file and it wiped out all my previous channel.

I had to do the scanning again.

Is there a way to save the channel or that's the way it is?

you can save your channel list using channel master then after loading bin load the channel list back.

yeah i noticed that!
they don't normally do that.
and no way to save channel list yet.which is odd.
asked Team Captain to add saving list to usb.so i hope it gets that soon.channel master doesn't support it.
all the past files didn't default her,so didn't matter really.
but yeah it does for sure need option to save to usb.

but it scans fast anyway.its just the pain of all your channel tags.favs/locks/edits etc.etc.

nope.

i keep checking tho.
anything to read/apply her list would do the trick.her edit functions are great.

Yep,no worry at all,the scanning is a way too fast so it won't be a problem.

There is one more problem,I can't delete a channel one by one because the option is not accessible.The only option which is accessible is DELETE ALL.

Well I'm up and running but need more hours to get use to it.

Nice and pretty cool unit,gotta love that one too.

yeah very nice fast scanner.
did you hit the OBS? or your setup not support that?

yeah you can edit one ch.
just go into channel list-select the channel(ok) then press the red button for action (see it at the bottom?) then you have the options,whith a ch selected first it will left you delete the one see?
your hitting action before selecting a ch to do an action too thats all in other words.

hey hit the "input sel" button or just go to epg and hit red button.either way same place.
and do a search by theme and a search by name.
see if she finds results a bit faster than your cw 800 does.

Yeah,I did the OBS in the morning but after downloading the new file now,it wiped out everything and this time I had to do it manually.

You right buddy,I was not selecting the channel first,I thought it was already selected because I saw a red dot there.

All good now.

Yeah,I did that earlier,it's a way too fast,she found the requested theme in ONE second.

future tip:
to get the wizard/obs again.at any time,just do a factory default.
after that she will come back up.
its just fun to do a few times cus its so cool to watch the thing do it all for ya and FAST lol.

yeah! once you get into these 200 mhz chips,its hard to use anything less.
powerful and fast.
her pic quality is nice too hey?

like all new units,the more you use them the more you like them.
its good to see you like it.
nice easy to use load epg options and things too.
and all adjustable to how many days.
you probably got her all figured and everything by now.

now you just need the dongle to check the "weather"

like any stb,its not perfect.i see where it can use a few things to dress her up.but again,i can with all units lol.
yeah for the price,its crazy.allot of stb for the $ no doubt.

twice the ram of the vs ultra/sv 4k/cw 800/cnx mini etc for example.
