Captain 7100 receiver froze up

My receiver has froze up. I have tried doint a hard reboot. Tried loading the new Kew with my laptop. Tried loading the boot freeze fix.
The screen says motor is moving. I do have a motor but it is not moving. I have went outside and moved the dish manually so it is not frozen up.
Any ideas?

do a factory default and or load factory file then current bin. post back and let us know if that helped.

I just bought two coolsat 7100.I am new on this! and I need help?
1) I have no ideas what to do. Please help me.

I can not do a factory default becasue the entire receiver is locked up. I did install the factory bin... no changes. Any other ideas??

flip the rear switch off/on
can you quickly press menu button right after she boots up? give it a try a few times.
