Help please - ABA DSS

I just recived my new captain 7100 usb I load new bin still no pictures so please help.

did you set up your antenna settings?
tell us your setup, settings, dish, etc.

Dish setting is NIMIQ 1 bell express

yes but in the receiver you have to set up in antenna settings. tell us what you have entered into your receiver for antenna settings and tell us what type of dish you have.

is this a new installation?

dont have to setup antenna settings for captains.she does it all herself with one button setup-OBS.you can still do it manually if you want.
north,you probably just have to wait now.
did you follow the wizard and do the OBS?
are you hooked directly to a dish with 1 lnb pointed at bev? (nimiq1)
and did she scan her channels in just fine and everything?
if so,all you need to do is wait for pic.don't change channels or anything.
just make sure you flip the rear switch off/on then just give it 10-15 mins.

Yes I am hooked to the lmb 1 but still no pictures

k.
press menu-installation(on the left hand side and with pic of the dish) and click on dish settings.the password is 0000.

scroll down to nimiq 1 91.0w and post what the settings say on the right hand side please.

my guess is he just had to wait for the keys to roll. he sounded very excited to get it working.
good job guys on getting him up and running.
