Tell me if I am crazy?

Hi Guys
Here is the situation. I have two dishes. One is hooked to 82. The other is hooked to 91. I am using Bev. If I want to watch international channel I hook my receiver to 82. And for the other channels I use 91. The problem now is when I hook 91 to my receiver it dies. And I repeat, it dies! When I hook up to 82 it is perfectly normal. There is still no channels but the receiver is not dead. Now tell me if I am crazy

other then bev shutting down due to nag3.it sounds like you have a bad connection in your cable.

Yes but it was working ok two days ago and why its die every time i hook up 91?

-Check the cable it looks like short circuit somewhere because when u put the cable it should send 12v throught the cable to dish in order to perform the operation. I am wondering what kind of switch are you using. The switch maybe bad it happened once to me i changed the switch first check the cable for short circuit.

it does sound like you have a short, check connectors for water or some little metal strands also like selv said check switch and last check the lnb on that dish good luck hope you get it up and running.

also are both lnb duals?

Yes the lmb is dual and i change the swich and it is ok but still no picture and it says scrambled

Is captain 7100 is working for anybody? is is not working for me.
