This fixes issues with DN & Bev.

Latest DN & B3V fix for Viewsat 9000HD

Install notes: * Before loading power off via rear switch and unhook satellite dish cable to allow receiver to properly boot up for USB Loading. After you have loaded file you may power off and hook up satellite dish cable *
