Suspicious Online Store
Since Charlie moved to full N3 yesterday, I have looking everywhere online for a good price on a Sonicview with ihub. I found a store at discountftasat.com that has a Sonicview Premiere for $89.95 and a ihub for $59.95. They are a authorized Sonicview Dealer. Should I buy from them?

edit: told ya. $40 each. Too bad Transat ELectronics don't have the iHubs yet or I'd recommend buying from them. They do have the receivers though

It's up to you really. If you ask ME though, I'd get a SV with iHub or KBox. Those two have great coders for cardless.

Always best to buy from an authorized dealer for sure.You have no warranty unless you do.I did not know about transat but you can go to kbox website and they show all authorized sellers for Canada and the U.S. The website is where I found an authorized dealer.

I bought my reciever from FTA tech. They are listed on the Official Partners page on the Kbox website. I bought it through ebay because they offer free shipping.

I looked at discountftasat.com and it's the principle of his marketing that turned me off, he offers low ball prices, sure, but he charges $39.99 per item for shipping, plus, you have to sign up for a gmail account first to even see the shipping charge.
I will spend more with an authorized honest dealer before I send any business to a scammer! I hope the guy gets a clue and starts to do business in a professional way rather than trying to scam someone!
There are lots of good dealers that are both authorized and honest! I think scammers like Discountftasat.com should be flagged for doing poor business ethics. I know I will let everyone I know he charges $39.99 for each item you order from him.... that is just a rip off! Heck priority mail from the post offfice is only about $8.00
