There are lot of posts recently about this vendor related to no communication delayed orders etc. I ordered my receiver on 04/04/2008. Still no receiver, no reply to multiple emails and voice mail has been full every time i try for the last week. So please be careful.

WORST FTA SITE I have been to. Box came full 3 weeks after ordering and no one responded to my emails or calls. Found a better site that has a working phone number and email address. Will Never Order From Again. No tracking number even though 2-3 priority is written comes in 3 weeks.

I have a 200.00 door stop an ultra that i bought from fta pros, it went nuts when i tried to put a file in on superbowl sun. had everyone on this site trying to help get it back up and running no luck. called fta pros numerous times and email numerous times no response. have bought at least a dozen or more receivers and cannot beleive that i couldnt get a reply. That is not the kind of company that i would i would send anyone to, and would not have as a site sponser, any ideas on resolving this problem or fixing my box would be nice.

The CW700 is a great unit. I ordered from Ftapros, the product comes but shipping is very very slow.
