captiveworks700 not auto rolling

Hello. can anyone tell me what to do.
signal and quality is ok in reciever captiveworks700
I have scan for channels and all i get is scramble ch.
I input keys manualy and it worked but i did hard reboot and channels
are scramble again i try to put keys again is not let me open
the patch botton. it looks like is not autorolling
any sugestions please? thanks

Did you enable the Patch - Press F1 and then 000.

It will show Patch enabled on the screen. After that do a Hard reboot, put it in Channel 200 or 239 and leave it for keys to roll. May take about 20 minutes.

after u enable the patch,,i think u can access the autoroll function and enable it

Go to menu, system settings, osd & autoroll is at the bottom, turn it on.
