CW700 help??? - ABA DSS

I already ask this question but it was on the cw800 section and only got one respond so i want to ask here in the correct section to get the answer i need. When i go to the cw700 download section i see a few sticky, like: factory file 1.03, 2.10 all new cw700 boxes from factory need to load this file, dead cw700 after bin 1.95, first time install cw700 2008 added serial security... So how exactly do im suppose to set it up, I know the settings but when it comes to files wich are the correct file that i have to load first then second, ect. Remember this is for a brand new unit that i got today, new generation.

You don't need to load the factory file. Load the serial bin file & input the serial no. & then the latest file. It wouldn't hurt to do a factory default all before you load the files..

I just got home from work and want to set up my cw700, the last post by painterguy14 say to load the serial bin file then the latest file, wich is the serial bin file? I like to read before i ask questions but im still confused. i saw one comment that say that the serial bin file is 1.93 but another comment say that all new cw700 dont need to load any files older than 2.10. So wich file i need to load first before the latest file?

YES that is what it means. No more loading the 1.93 or 1.94 BIN files on new boxes this one takes it place. Also you do not have to load 2.10 if you get a new box next week and there is a 2.11 file. Just load latest file from now on if you get a new box from factory. No it is not a new Factory file either it is just the latest release which happens to also be the lowest file version you can load in new boxes from now on. Something must have changed in newer models from factory. So it sounds simple to me if you have a new box from factory from now on do not load it with older files than 2.10 as simple as that..... I just want to make sure im doing the right thing. So after this post do i still have to download the 1.92 serial bin file or just the latest file only. Once again i want to make sure i dont want to mess my stb.

There is a new bin file for your unit, check the CW Amazonas section.
