cw 700 froze up,buddyjh please help

cw 700 is froze up, also buddyjh I got a new satellite and have been tracking
echostar 110 ,and echostar 119. Since I have put the new satellite up I am getting echostar 110 perfect like 98%strength and 97% quality, but for some reason I can not find echostar 119 now so I am not getting any of my paperview movie channels and only like one HBO channel when I used to have 5 channels. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong or where is the best place to go to teach me how to track both satellites. Thanks again for all the help with getting the new bins for the700 posted

What type of dish and lnb are you using? also post all your settings for 110 and 119

I have a dish 500 and lnb i really do not know what exactly you are asking me about them, how do you make sure all your stuff is posted 110 119

In the ANT (Antenna) Settings area of your receiver, verify that you have:

110
LNB type - OCS-DP
LNB freq - 11250
22khz - off
LNB power - on
transponder - 12224
search option - all
network search - on
disqec - port 2
motor -off
legacy switch -off

For 119,

LNB type - OCS-DP
LNB freq - 11250
22khz - off
LNB power - on
transponder - 12239
search option - all
network search - on
disqec - port 1
motor -off
legacy switch -off

Do you have any advise on how I can get the 119 to get a signal , when 110 is coming in perfect. Like I said the old satellite that I had was a dish 500 and it would pick up 110 and 119 but the quality would go in and out because the satellite was on the house when I bought it and the LNBS were held on by a piece of wire,so I replaced it now I have a dish 500 pro. I mean if I get 110 perfect can I try to turn the satellite a little to see if I can pick up 119 or am I thinking completely wrong what is 119 and 110 ( is it lattitude, and longitude)?

one more question buddy after I have searched my channel list for 119 then go to search for channels on 110 and it asked me do i want to delete existing program do do I say yes or no and does it mean delete the existing program just for the 110 channels only.

hey now i scan My channels on the 119 after you suggested to change my setting then went to scan my 110 and now I dont have 110 but do have 119. how is that possible
