how to get the EEPG for CW 700s.

it will require a factory default, so afterwards you would need to scan your birds and re-do your set up.

to set up the EEPG:

1. set your box to an EEPG channel, 239 for d8k or 211 for b8v.

2. press the sat button on your remote.

3. select the birds or bird package that you are shooting at.

4. press OK. you should see a channel list before you with the EEPG
channel you have set highlighted in yellow.

5. press F2 (find). you should now see the search event menu.

6. press the red button on your remote.

7. press exit to leave menu.

8. go to view selected EEPG channel and press the epg button on
remote. you should now be able to view your EEPG.

9. Enjoy.

that works buddy.
just so you know tho,you can just punch in 239 on the number pad with your remote.
also a good idea is to just move the channel up to the top with channel edit too.and or put it in your favs.then you can hit fav and select the channel fast.

i'm still sorting things out on CW700. i've only had it for 3 weeks.
i'm a vs guy. the epg thing was driving me nuts. lol!!!

the cw700 is a great box, you wouldent go wrong with it, I also have one, it rocks!

i first saw it in action a few months ago when my nephew bought one and i helped him set it up from scratch. a whole new learning experience.

i liked it from the beginning.

I to love CW setup and options I own the 800 and in most ways
its the same except for the pvr. Great info guys keep up the good work.
