Member deanandrew is looking for help."I have a captiveworks 700 s. I have it setup been approved from the payperview channel and says go to this channel number. When I go to the channel it says it is blocked. Please help if you can. Thanks."

I am to the point of downloading the bin file onto the receiver. I select the file and tell it OK, but it doesnt open it. What do I need to do?.
