Is new bin still good 4 U?
I get scrambled channel here, yes the new bin shows loaded, and yes my autoroll is turned on. I did just load this bin 30 min's ago.

CW 700, just got it today, loaded the new bin via usb, setup the 2 lnb's I had working perfectly with the Pansat 2700 yesterday(119 and 110) I got the NBA channels only.everything else"scrambled channel"

you need to enable the patch press the F1 button then 000

Try reloading the bin again. You may even want to download it again too.
