pansat 9200 HD 8psk ins

I install 8psk do the same instruction pansat illuminati v2 do setup edit tp ad tp 32 sd 32 hd tuner type dvb-s s2 pilot on off factory clean up after do every thing i got 0 level 0 quality when i scan igot only sd channel some one that own 9200hd with 8psk has that problem too I need help from you 1 week work for nothing maybe they send me a scrap illuminati or i do wrong setup help please thank for your time

What dish are you using?

If you suspect the illuminati board defective I would remove it and reconnect receiver and lock your sats to see if you get tv. Then reinstall board again to verify whether board is good or bad.

thank for reply . when I used without 8psk i get hd on bv 82 no problem , the only 8psk toget hd on 110 or 119 or 61.5 .... i am not get any one channel any idiea thank
