Did the dongle blink?

Just wondering if anyone knows if I would have had a dongle, would my machine have not even turned off or turned off just for a blink or ???

i was reading up to see how coolie has been doing with their iks.
looks like its very very limited channels still with reports of freezing running the dongle.
they just started running iks tho.
from the sounds of it,it was up during this last ecm yes.a few ppvs and other key channels for now.
