help with coolsat 7100

I have a coolsat 7100 i am having problem with some of the channels telling me that it is scrambled . But if i change the channel and go back to it the channel works .Also some of the HBO channels arent catching. Also i am having trouble locking my frequency on the box can some one help me with these problems? i would appreciate it

I have the same exact problem except today they all went out all scrambled.. ? btw I have the new bin 164 thanks
