switching from B*V to DN
I would like to switch my signal from B*V to DN (i have both sats), i have never done this before. Could anyone direct me to a set of procedures on this site, or perhaps explain the steps i need to take to set-up my Coolsat 7100. Many thanks!

Re: switching from B*V to DN
ok on installation go to sat 119 lnb type select what you have lnb freq. 12239 then search for 110 lnb type select what you have lnb freq. 11250. if you have a switch go to DISEQC SWITCH select 1.0 119 commited to port 1, 110 commited to port 2 i do this any way because most dn lnbs have built in switches, not legacy there is legacy sw for that in installation hope this helps..

Re: switching from B*V to DN
i switch to 110, same lnb., go to dishpointer.com, will tell you from your location the size of dish you need and angles. Make a small mark to come back on bev later and from that mark you will find on dishpointer.com the change of angle. From my location it is 21.5 degree west. With a piece a paper i mesure a full turn of 360 degree and make a scale to get 21.5. It's work for me. For 119 i thing you need a différent lnb. I am looking for that.

Re: switching from B*V to DN
Thanks to all for responses, will begin adventure today!
Just watched video suggested by Creativegenius, both dishes were already previously installed, i'm assuming the DN dish is already pointing in the proper direction, so i think i'm beyond that point. Is there somewhere in the menu i can go to verify whether i'm picking DN signal and what do i need to change on my Coolsat 7100 settings. I'm not sure which of the other posts to go by regarding LNB type, LNB freq, Diseqc, Switch, etc...
Any further help would be greatly appreciated,
