Keep this in mind.
I see there are a few people posting about the lack of a file or a fix. It saddens me to think of this ungratefulness. What do we as testers pay or have invested in this. I would assume not quite as much as the people releasing the files. Keep in mind that this is a hobby. If you need better service it is at your local utility company. Meanwhile I thank the people that are working hard to keep things running. Your skill and intelligence is greatly appreciated.

Thank you! i wish we had more people like you, no one here has any control on files being released, but they will be here to help you.

Re: Keep this in mind.
We all know this is a hobby, but it seems there is better service at other receivers than coolsat. So, I guess I'll change service just like I'd change cable companies. the other hobbies companies are far much better.

Thanks for your cool nature about late fixes.
You know, I told folks we were in for a bumpy ride about now...and here we are.
There may be more going on that we are not aware of...and if any of this rumor (posted in the Rumor Mill) is true...this might be the reason for the delay. >>>

Re: Keep this in mind.
ok my 2 cents first off has anyone heard about coolsat and neosat merging togather ive been to a couple sites and alot of people are talking about it. and we all know that the neosat support is a long ways from being what i would call support and as for the coolsat well sence ive had them both for a good while now and it seams that the support for both of them has been on a down hill slide on there support. and im sorry but watching tv is not a hobbie for most people it is enjoyment to where a person can relax.. and before you say it im not a vip and see no reason to be y should anybody pay for something then not recieve there product. you wouldnt pay for food and then leave it at the store.. and theres to many sites out there that are still free. and if i could find one sucker to trade both of mine off for a sonicview i wouldnt think twice...
