Official fix for captain dongle red light and weather issue!

Here is a Fix that I already tested and worked for me!
Fix the red light issue on Captain dongle
Fix the weather server

This is the loader and the bootloader bin for the dongle!
Follow the guide really carefully and update only if necessary!
