im not 100% sure of this.

but i "believe" the Module needed to view dish HD channels can't be added within the box and sold as a regular 100% legal to buy-own FTA receiver.
as it would only serve one purpose = decrypting echostar birds.

thats why no HD unit i don't think will come with this,you will have to add something like that after,
this way the co's are NOT responsible for what you do with it once you buy it.
