crap the really sucks cuz i just exchange it too like yesterday, but i admit while coming donw yesterday from the the dish slip off my hands and the lnb hit the roof not very hard but hit never the less lucky it didn't hit the floor i almost went over myself i cut my wrist on and the mast right where my vains are it took piece off skin it was fraidning experience.

before you get a new lnb try a 22khz switch like the ecoda, or a heavy duty chieta. and run the diseqc on the off side. if you a sw21 that work.
