Loosing Satellite

My VS Ultra is only getting signal for one satellite. I know my dish is pointing to the right sky and my stb is well setup. When i get quality on 119, 110 drop. Any one else with similar problem??

Need more info, what kind of dish, sat settings(dn or bev) signal strength ,quality strength could be bad switch cloudy skies, Try rebooting by turning off in rear first.

Did this just start happening and have you had any weather that could have move your dish slightly. 119 is usually harder to hit! what are the lnb type settings and are they working for both stbs?

Hi NeoiPhone - I have Sonicview 8000 and 360. Ever since Charlie moved 8 to 11 I have lost it! No channels at all and no Q even tho' getting good S from switch. Have tried everything to get it back but no luck. Reboots and reloads of keys dont work either. Lots of us here in the same boat. Any body had the same problem and found a fix?

Hi Fordman - have two antenas (1.8m) - one pointing at 119 and all is well. The other is pointing at 110 (old ES8) and since the move to ES11 have lost all Charlie Channels. Have 4 port DPRO switch. 119 on Port 1 and 110 on Port 2. Sonicview 8000 and 360 Prem. Did not change SD8000 settings since move from 8 to 11. Getting SN=80 on most TPs but Q=0. Have tried reloading factory default and still running on 8/28 bin. Anybody know if the footprint for 11 is that different to 8? Could it be it doesnt reach lat 22?
