Fat 32 formater Instructions:
1. Extract/unzip the fat 32 format.exe to the root of C:\ drive
2.click [start]-->[Run] and type in CMD.
3.Type C:

5.Type fat 32 format.exe F
if your USB Exteral Harddrive is labelled as the F: drive otherwise use the letter that windows has given your USB external).
