this stb doesnt sound like one that gets great support. ask the same question in "newbie general discussion" and more people will see it and maybe you will get a better response.

kittie clarence here they still haven't got a fix for you yet you need a CW700s a great box and good support I'm in BIG BLUE COUNTRY are you any where near there I have a cw 700 and a cs6100 if you need a stb I'll check around the net and see if I can find any help but most of these guys have better connections than me I'll check in the newbies post for more on your problem also for followup

Kittie here we go check out this website receiverupdates.....com and don't join go to the bottom of the page and click on contact us and email them to see if they have a new file for your box I'll loan you a cs6100 if you like a little slow on files but works pretty good its used let me know what I and we can do to help clarencegriffit
