The latest bin is 106, there is no new one. Check all your dish setup again... it should work, if you have it's right. Also you need to turn on your
Autoroll. Press Menu ===> Dish Setting ===> Option ===> Echostar or BEV Autoroll "on". Press exit, Save "yes". Wait few mins for the unit updating the new keys
